Terms and Conditions
Deepson Auto Spare Parts explains to you, dear customer, the terms and conditions:
Cancellation:
- Automatic cancellation of unpaid orders every twenty-four hours.
-If payment is made and the customer wants to cancel the order, there is no objection, provided that the order is not shipped.
Returns
1 - If the parts are correct from our side and were shipped to the customer and he wishes to return the order, there is no objection to that, provided that the return is within forty-eight hours as a maximum from the date the customer receives the shipment. If the order is completely unopened or used, the customer will bear the shipping cost to us. Non-guaranteed parts are not included in the return unless there is a manufacturing defect within twenty-four hours of receiving the shipment and it comes with all its original accessories. Electrical parts are not included in this item. The shipping value is completely non-refundable in any case. Any additional bank fees incurred by the store due to the return or cancellation process will be deducted.
2- Electrical parts are not guaranteed and are not returned at all.
3- The product cannot be exchanged if it shows signs of use.
4- The original bond (invoice) must be brought.
5 - The warranty for the goods guaranteed by the organization includes maintenance of the product from technical problems only, and does not guarantee replacement. Any tampering with the product, such as disassembling, cutting wires, etc., takes it out of warranty.
6 - If the warranty period is not mentioned in the invoice, the item is not covered by the warranty.
7 - Warranty period: As stated in the original invoice stamped with the institution’s approved seal from the date of purchase.
8 - For goods guaranteed by the agent, the person responsible for guaranteeing them is the authorized agent, and the agent’s terms and conditions apply to the guarantee.
9 - If the customer wishes to return the product according to the previous conditions, the store will provide the customer with a return policy that will be used within forty-eight hours of receiving it. If it is not used during this period, the product is considered not subject to the return policy.
10 - Items ordered from international warehouses cannot be returned at all.
11 - In the event that the pieces are incorrect and the error is on our part because the piece does not match what is stated on the site
The store is fully responsible for returning the item.
12 - Exclusions from the warranty: breakages, damage resulting from accidents or misuse, damage resulting from maintenance outside our centers.
13 - The store has the right to amend the return and exchange policy whenever necessary.
14 - Partial return or exchange: In the event that the delivery was free because the customer’s order exceeded the free delivery limit, and then the customer returned/exchanged (part of his order/all of his order) and the total of his order after the amendment became under the free delivery limit, he pays an amount Delivery.
15 - Failure to receive the order: If the customer wishes not to receive the order, or does not respond to the delivery company representatives, or appears to have failed to receive the order in any way, then he will bear the cost of returning the order.
16 - In the event that the product is not available after ordering in our warehouses, or is sold out, or its price is incorrectly placed on the site, Depson reserves the right to reject or cancel the order and is not required to provide it in any case.
17- Refunds will appear in the customer’s bank account within 7-14 business days, depending on the customer’s bank.
18 - Approval of the order constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions, and Deepson does not bear the burden of the customer not being aware of them.
